📦 Fulfillment Policy

Doctor Wellness (Melissa Dock) provides wellness products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Water filtration system sales and installation coordination (where applicable)

  • Wellness consultations and education

  • Personalized wellness recommendations and lifestyle protocols

  • Digital resources, guides, and program materials

  • Ongoing support related to products and wellness plans (depending on the package selected)

Once a client submits payment, order processing and/or onboarding begins within 3 business days.

Product Fulfillment (Water Filtration + Related Products)

  • Physical products are fulfilled through Doctor Wellness and/or authorized third-party suppliers/manufacturers.

  • Shipping and delivery timelines vary based on product availability, supplier timelines, and the client’s location.

  • Installation (if applicable) may be coordinated with a third-party installer; scheduling depends on installer availability and the client’s responsiveness.

Service Fulfillment (Consults/Programs/Support)

  • Wellness services are customized to the client’s needs and may require intake forms, scheduling, and client participation.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the service selected and the client’s responsiveness.

Progress updates, order confirmations, and scheduling communications are typically provided via email and/or approved messaging channels.


❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because Doctor Wellness provides custom wellness support and also facilitates physical product orders (including water filtration systems), the following refund rules apply:

1) Digital Services, Consultations, Programs, and Custom Wellness Work

All sales are final once onboarding, scheduling, or delivery begins, including (but not limited to):

  • completion/review of intake forms

  • creation of customized recommendations or protocols

  • delivery of digital materials or program access

  • scheduled or completed consultations/calls

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase and only if no work has begun and no materials/access have been delivered.

If a client becomes unresponsive or delays progress by withholding required forms, approvals, information, or scheduling, the timeline will be paused—not refunded.

2) Physical Products (Including Water Filtration Systems)

  • Orders are final once submitted to the supplier/manufacturer or once shipment preparation has started.

  • If a cancellation request is made before the order is submitted to the supplier/manufacturer, Doctor Wellness may approve a cancellation at its discretion, and any non-refundable processing fees (payment processing, admin time, etc.) may be deducted.

If a product ships and is returned (only when a return is authorized in writing), any eligible refund—if permitted by the supplier/manufacturer—will be reduced by:

  • shipping costs (both directions when applicable)

  • restocking fees (if charged by the supplier/manufacturer)

  • payment processing fees

  • any installation or service visit fees already incurred

Note: Some filtration products may be considered special-order, customized, or sanitary-related items and may be non-returnable. In those cases, refunds are not available once the order is placed.

3) Installation / On-Site Appointments (If Applicable)

  • Missed appointments, late cancellations, or denied access at the time of service may result in forfeited deposits and/or additional trip fees, depending on the installer’s policy.

  • Installation fees paid to third-party installers are generally non-refundable once scheduled.

4) Delivery & Resolution Guarantee

Doctor Wellness guarantees fulfillment of deliverables as described in the client’s invoice, agreement, or written scope.

If Doctor Wellness fails to provide a contracted deliverable due to an internal error, a resolution will be provided via:

  • a revision or replacement of the service/deliverable, or

  • a partial refund at Doctor Wellness’s discretion.
